استلمت بورصة فلسطين البيانات المالية الختامية الأولية غير المدققة لشركة فلسطين للتنمية والاستثمار (PADICO)لكما في 31/12/2012. حيث يمنح نظام الإفصاح الساري، كل شركة مدرجة فترة خمسة وأربعين يوماً من انتهاء السنة المالية للإفصاح كحد أقصى عن البيانات الختامية الأولية للسنة المالية 2012 المدققة من المدقق الداخلي للشركة، وتشيربيانات الشركة الختامية الأولية للسنة المالية 2012 إلى أنّ صافي أرباح الفترة قبل الضريبة قد بلغ 20,425,000 دولار أمريكي مقارنة مع صافي أرباح الفترة قبل الضريبة بمقدار 26,847,000 دولارفي البيانات المدققة لعام 2011 بانخفاض بلغت بنسبة 23.9%.

Palestinian Exchange has received the unaudited preliminary financial statements forPalestine Development & Investment Company (PADICO),as in31/12/2012. Each company has a month and a half from the beginning of the year to disclose its preliminary financial statements for the financialyear2012 audited by the Internal Auditor of the company.PADICO financial Statements showed that the company's profit before taxamounted to 20,425,000USDduring 2012 compared to 26,847,000USDin 2011, decreased by 23.9%.
