Strategic partnership between Umniah and Wataniya Palestine offering roaming services at competitive prices

 
Due to its leading role in the telecommunications sector in providing the best reasonable prices on services, Umniah announced its new partnership with Wataniya Palestine to provide calling and mobile roaming services to customers at competitive prices. 
 
The agreement was signed by the CEO of Umniah, Mr.Ihab Hinnawi, and Wataniya Mobile’s Mr. Fayez Al- Husseini at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman, Jordan. 
 
The partnership will give great opportunities to Umniah subscribers to connect with individuals subscribed to Wataniya Palestine through its roaming services at considerably competitive prices. Customers will have the benefit of receiving calls at no charge and making calls at affordable rates while roaming in Palestine. The highlighted services will be available for both postpaid and prepaid customers. 
 
The CEO of Umniah, Ihab Hinnawi; emphasized that the agreement is a pivotal one due to its importance in bringing roaming services for both Umniah and Wataniya Mobile, in giving great opportunities to mobile subscribers in Jordan to communicate with friends and family as the two countries share a common border. 
 
Mr. Hinnawi went on to add that the agreement compliments a number of previous deals and services offered by Umniah over the years with the most important one being in roaming and international calling services that target the Arab World. Umniah will be offering the services at competitive prices as they are usually costly. 
 
The CEO of Wataniya Mobile, Mr. Fayez Al-Husseini mentioned, “We are proud of our partnership with Umniah as we always seek to have a leading role in providing high levels of service with competitive prices while roaming, as Jordan is considered to be the main crossing point for Palestinians to the outside world”. 
 
Mr. Fayez also added that the partnership’s concept came after an extensive study to our subscribers’ needs, where it will help reducing the distance between both countries”. 
 
Wataniya Mobile is the latest telecoms operator to enter the Palestinian market officially commencing operations in 2009. Under the One Network service, Umniah will provide networking opportunities to citizens of both countries making them feel more united.
